Kolejne dawki leku mogą być przyjmowane w odstępie 6-8 godzin. Nie należy przekraczać maksymalnej dawki dobowej, która wynosi 4000 mg (8 tabletek). Leku nie należy stosować dłużej niż 3-5 dni.
