Apselan zmniejsza obrzęk, przekrwienie błony śluzowej nosa, udrażnia nos oraz zmniejsza ilość wytwarzanej wydzieliny.

    Zalecana dawka leku dla dorosłych i dzieci powyżej 12. roku życia to 1 tabletka 3 do 4 razy na dobę. U dzieci leku może być stosowany maksymalnie przez 4 dni.
