Owoce oraz liście senesu stanowią źródło substancji aktywnych m.in antrazwiązków- sennozydów, pobudzających perystaltykę jelit i ułatwiających wypróżnianie.

    Dawkowanie

    Jak dawkować Senefol?

    Zalecana dawka leku dla osób dorosłych i młodzieży od 12. roku życia wynosi 2–4 tabletki przed snem. Dawkowanie zaleca rozpocząć od najmniejszej skutecznej dawki, którą należy w razie potrzeby zwiększyć do ustalenia dawki skutecznej. Maksymalnie w ciągu doby można zastosować 4 tabletki.

    Jak przechowywać Senefol?

    Lek Senefol powinien być przechowywany w suchym i chłodnym miejscu, z dala od źródeł ciepła i wilgoci. Należy go trzymać w oryginalnym opakowaniu, z dala od dzieci i zwierząt.
